The deep dark world of the World Wide Web often presents you with facts and revelations (so to say) that astonish you and of course, pull you into an endless spiral of clicks and likes. One such recent revelation for me was the existence of what is fondly known as the Oscars of the real estate industry – a fact that had managed to never cross my path earlier. The award, as it turns out, is originally called the FIABCI World Prix dExcellence Award, and claims to celebrate the most innovative real estate developments from around the world. Curious to know more, I started searching for an Indian development that has been conferred with the award, and hence began my saga of awe and wonder with Prestige Silver Oak.

Besides, among other facilities, the Clubhouse features a state-of-the-art gymnasium, a spacious swimming pool, a multipurpose hall, a squash court, a well-equipped health club, a badminton court, and an indoor sports area. The Development also houses a convenience store, thereby enhancing the self-sufficiency and convenience.
At the end of my little R&D project, I was convinced that Prestige Silver Oak definitely deserved an Oscar moment of its own.
