Shahrukh Khans son Aryan Khan and 7 others were taken into custody in relation to the Mumbai cruise drugs case on October 3.
He is currently lodged in the Arthur Road prison. The special Mumbai court had reserved its order on Aryan Khans earlier bail application during the last hearing and had scheduled the hearing for today.
It is now being reported that the bail pleas of all three accused, Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha have been rejected.
Khan has already spent 18 days in jail, and is looking at a few more, as his lawyers are now likely to approach the Bombay High Court.
He is currently lodged at the Arthur Road prison in Mumbai.
