Tiger Woods Seriously Injured In Car Crash

One of the most famous athletes of the past quarter-century, golfing legend Tiger Woods underwent surgery for multiple leg injuries following when he was involved in a solo car crash near Los Angeles.

The 45-year-od golf superstar suffered serious but ‘non-life-threatening’ injuries Tuesday in a vehicle rollover, reports said.

Whether this would threaten, or indeed halt, a groundbreaking career that has seen him win 15 Golf major titles, three shy of Jack Nicklaus’ all-time record, remains to be seen.

Woods famously overcame multiple back and knee surgeries as well as turbulent personal issues that saw him in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons, to return to his winning ways on the greens, including his epic
2019 Masters victory.

Woods’ fitness and athletic shot-making and dominance in major tournaments saw him become one of the greatest champions the sport had ever known.
