The Anti-Gangster Task Force (AGTF) of Punjab Police has arrested four main shooters of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang from Mohali.
In December 2022, jailed gangster Bishnoi confessed his top 10 targets, which included Bollywood actor Salman Khan and the manager of slain Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala.
Police said that all the four arrested have a history of crime and are facing charges for heinous crimes, including attempt to murder, carjacking, extortion in Punjab and Haryana.
Six pistols and 26 live cartridges recovered from the accused.
A case has been registered under sections 384 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and under section 25 of the Arms Act.
