What, on the one hand, is a thoroughly negative experience, on the other hand, it turns out to show a blessing. It’s the will to fight for what we believe is right. HR ranks are mostly female-powered. The area which, in the times of compulsive capitalism and the exploitation of people, was placed on an equal level in the hierarchy by the force of persistence and consistency globally. It is women who fight for the minorities. It is women who ensure that business is run in a human and long-term effective manner. We understand that the basis of building empires is never being indifferent and leaving nobody behind.
