Malala Yousafzai shared pictures from her nikah ceremony which was a private affair attended by the couples close friends and family members.
The 24-year-old female education activist from Pakistan, who was shot by the Taliban in 2012, said she tied the knot with Asser Malik to be partners for life.
She also introduced fans to Malik with the first pictures from the wedding ceremony, which was held in Birmingham, England, on her social media.
Ever since her wedding, everyone is curious about who Malala’s new husband Asser Malik is.
Who is Asser Malik?
Asser Malik is an entrepreneur and is the General Manager (High Performance) at the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), according to his LinkedIn profile.
Malik has previously worked in the sports industry, especially associated with cricket. He has designed the player development program for Multan Sultans, a Pakistani professional Twenty20 franchise cricket team.
Malik joined the PCB in 2020.
Asser Malik’s Education
Asser Malik did his schooling from Atchinson College in Lahore, Pakistan. He is also a graduate from Lahore University of Management Sciences.
