Is the MH370 story a lesson in disaster management? Ever since the mysterious disappearance of the Malaysian Airlines flight en route to Beijing, speculation about what really happened to the ill-fated airliner has been rife. Yet, almost a month since the incident and no one knows for sure. The Malaysian police have now gone a step closer to accepting intense embarrassment by announcing only yesterday, that we might never know what really happened.
