Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh is now going to be neighbours with Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan, as the superstar finalized an INR 119 crore-real-estate-deal in Mumbai’s plush Bandra suburb.
Singh purchased a ‘Quadraplex,’ spread over the 16th to 19th floors of the Sagar Resham Co-operative Housing Society, located on BJ Road at Bandstand, complete with 19 car parks for himself.
With a total carpet area of 11,266 sq. ft, with a 1,300 sq. ft. terrace, the apartment building is under construction, after an older building was up for redevelopment.
While the 16th floor is a 4-bedroom apartment, floors 17 to 19 are a triple penthouse, according to city-based realtors.
The apartment will offer Singh an unobstructed view of the Arabian Sea, along with the cache of having Bollywood megastars Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan as neighbours.
