A Rally-Inspired Monster Made for Capability Rather Than Polish
Engineered for the harsh landscapes of a Portuguese off-road competition, this Himalayan 450 modification combines aesthetics and function-driven design, putting capability first above everything else.
Increased Fuel Range and Structural Enhancements
One of the first and most important upgrades on the “Dust Trail” is a 23-liter Acerbis fuel tank, which offers a staggering range of almost 435 miles (700 km). This alone highlights the builder’s rally ambitions—distance and endurance over convenience.

All these upgrades tune combustion and throttle response to perfection so that Sherpa 450 engine gives every ounce of its 40 horsepower output efficiently.
