Ahmedabad, India — Ahmedabad-based leading real estate and industrial park developer Mascot Infrastructure has proposed to develop a large 385-acre integrated industrial township at Vithalapur in Ahmedabad district, reports PTI.
The mega project, Mascot Industrial City, will be strategically positioned close to Vithalapur’s leading auto manufacturing hub. It will have great connectivity to key infrastructure corridors such as the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC), Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR), GIFT City, and Sanand GIDC, Mascot Infrastructure said.
Sanjay Patel, Managing Director of Mascot Infrastructure, said the township will be a major industrial and logistics center, capitalizing on the growth momentum of one of India’s most rapidly expanding manufacturing areas.
“This project demonstrates our long-term commitment to making a meaningful contribution to Gujarat’s changing industrial landscape,” Patel said.
Mascot Infrastructure cemented its association with the Gujarat Government by entering into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2024, further sealing the public-private alliance behind the development.
The Mascot Industrial City will be well-planned to encompass industrial, residential, and commercial areas. It will provide an integrated infrastructure ecosystem comprising industrial plots, plug-and-play factory sheds, warehousing space, residential apartments, and basic amenities such as hotels, schools, and a food plaza.
The project is designed to cater to a broad variety of industries, blending manufacturing, logistics, and residential requirements into one seamlessly integrated space. It is conceived as a contemporary industrial city that promotes businesses and communities—facilitating productivity, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
